I just talked to my daughter and she told me their situation right now. She said their dormitory which is located in Espana, Manila near UST is still flooded with knee high water today. Yesterday the flood reached up to waist high. We were too worried because they cannot go out and they don’t have enough food to eat, also the electricity was cut off. We also lost communication because there’s no cellphone signal. Last night i can’t sleep because of too much worrying. But thank God the situation is getting better.
