1. What is LANDBANK iAccess?

LANDBANK iAccess is another alternative banking channel designed for retail (individual) customers like you, which provides a convenient, safe, reliable and secure delivery of banking transactions. LANDBANK iAccess is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week (except during system maintenance) and allows you to perform the following transactions:

View your account summary
View your transaction details
Inquire the status of the check/s you issued
Inquire the total amount & total number of check/s you deposited but subsequently returned
Pay your bills immediately or in the future
Transfer your funds to your other account/s or to your nominated 3rd party account/s immediately or in the future
Reorder checkbook/s
Report and tag as “hot card” your lost/stolen ATM card

2. Is LANDBANK iAccess available outside the Philippines?

Yes, once you are enrolled in the LANDBANK iAccess, you may access your accounts and perform the foregoing transactions anywhere through the internet.

B. Enrollment

1. Who are qualified to enroll in LANDBANK iAccess?

Individual depositors (single and joint – “or”, “and/or”) are qualified to enroll in LANDBANK iAccess.

2. What are the types of deposit accounts that I can enroll?

Any of the following individual peso deposit account/s can be enrolled in LANDBANK iAccess:

Savings Account with ATM access
Regular Current Account
Regular Interest Bearing Current Account, except for Special Deposit Account – Landowners
Current Account with ATM access
Interest Bearing Current Account with ATM Access

3. How can deposit accounts be enrolled?

You can enroll in two ways:

Online enrollment by logging on to LANDBANK iAccess website www.lbpiaccess.com; and
Branch enrollment through any LANDBANK Branch by submitting a duly accomplished LANDBANK iAccess Enrollment and Maintenance Agreement(LI-EMA) form.

For online enrollment, access is limited only to non-financial transactions. To avail of the iAccess financial services, please submit the LI-EMA form to your depository branch.

You can download and print the LI-EMA form from the website, www.lbpiaccess.com.

4. What are the documentary requirements needed in the enrollment?

Two (2) valid IDs
Duly accomplished and signed LI-EMA form

C. Features and Utilities in LANDBANK iAccess

1. What features are available in the LANDBANK iAccess?

Account summary showing the float amount, hold amount, current balance and available balance of each of your account as of the date and time of inquiry.
Transaction details showing your account history for the past 60 days.
Check status inquiry showing the status of checks you issued.
Returned check inquiry showing the total amount and total number of check/s you deposited but subsequently returned by the drawee bank/s.
Bills payment which allows you to pay your bills immediately or in the future.
Fund transfer which allows you to transfer funds to your other account/s or your nominated 3rd party account/s.
Checkbook reorder which allows you to request your LBP Branch for new checkbook/s.
Report a lost/stolen ATM card which allows you to immediately tag your lost/stolen ATM card as “hot card”.

3. Account Summary

a . What can be viewed in Account Summary?

After clicking the account number, the following information can be viewed:

Account Type
Current Balance
Hold Amount
Available Balance
Float Amount

b. Will all types of bank transactions be reflected in the Account Summary on a real time basis?

Yes, all types of bank transactions will be reflected in the Account Summary on a real time basis.

4. Transaction Details

a. What can be viewed in Transaction Details?

Bank transactions up to the last 60 days can be viewed with the following details:

Date and Time of Transaction
Type of Transaction
Check Number
Debits and Credits
Running Balance
Transacting Branch

b. Will all types of bank transactions be reflected in the Transaction Details on a real time basis?

No, only the over-the-counter transactions are reflected in the Transaction Details. Transactions through iAccess, Phone Access and ATM will be reflected the next banking day. However, account balances will be reflected on a real time basis.

c. As reference, can Transaction Details be printed or saved?

Yes, click the Print button to have a hard copy of an account’s Transaction Details.

5. Bills Payment

a. How can I pay bills online?

Enrollment of your biller (merchant/agency) at your Servicing Branch is required. Submit your duly accomplished LI-EMA form together with your latest billing statement/s to your Servicing Branch.

The LI-EMA Form can be downloaded and printed from the website, www.lbpiaccess.com.

b. What type of deposit accounts can be enrolled for online bills payment transactions?

Your iAccess enrolled peso deposits account/s (individual or joint -“and/or”/“or”), can be enrolled for online bills payment.

c. Can this feature be accessed upon enrollment?

Yes, you can access this feature upon approval of your depository Branch.

d. What are the merchants that can be enrolled?

Initially, LANDBANK VISA card (peso account only), Equitable Visa and PLDT can be enrolled for bills payment. Other merchant/agencies will soon be included.

e. How many reference numbers can be enrolled for bills payment?

Up to five reference numbers per merchant/agency can be enrolled in the bills payment.

f. When will payments be posted to the merchant’s account?

Bills payment transacted within the service period shall be considered today’s payment but credit to the merchant’s/agency’s account shall be the next banking day. Payments made after cut-off time, during weekend or holiday shall be considered as payments made the following banking day and shall be credited the next banking day.

g. What is the proof of a successful transaction?

A system generated transaction acknowledgement number will be shown on screen for every successful bills payment.

h. What will I do when I want to pay additional reference numbers of the same merchant/agency or other merchants/agencies?

You can add new reference numbers and merchants/agencies by going to your depository branch and fill out the required information in the LI-EMA form.

6. Fund Transfer

a. How can the fund transfer feature be availed?

Visit your LBP depository branch and enroll your source and destination accounts using the LI-EMA Form.

The enrollment form can be downloaded and printed from the website, www.lbpiaccess.com.

b. What types of deposit accounts can be enrolled for online fund transfer transactions?

Only individual/joint (“and/or”, “or”) peso deposit accounts can be enrolled for fund transfer. Regular passbook savings accounts cannot be enrolled as destination account in iAccess.

c. Can the fund transfer feature be accessed upon enrollment?

Yes, you can access this feature upon approval of your depository Branch.

d. Is there a limit to the number of accounts that can be enrolled for fund transfer?

There is no limit in the number of destination accounts that you can enroll provided it is owned by the same account holder.However, only a maximum of 5 3rd party destination accounts can be enrolled per iAccess ID.

e. What is the maximum amount for fund transfer in a day?

There is no amount limit that can be transferred to a destination account (own account or 3rd party account).

f. How can I include more deposit accounts for fund transfer?

Visit your LBP depository branch and fill out a new LANDBANK LI-EMA form. You may download and printed this from the website, www.lbpiaccess.com.

i. When will the fund transfer transaction be posted?

The transaction will be posted on the actual/real time basis.

j. What is the proof of a successful fund transfer transaction?

A system generated transaction acknowledgment number will be shown on screen for every successful fund transfer.

7. Checkbook Requisition

a. Can the Checkbook Requisition feature be accessed upon enrollment?

Yes, you can access this feature upon approval of your depository Branch.

b. How many checkbooks can be requested online?

A maximum of 3 checkbooks can be requested per day. Each request is subject to validation and approval of your depository branch.

c. When do I receive approval of my request?

An email confirming the approval of your online check request will be sent to you. Your depository branch will contact you in case your request has been disapproved.

d. When will my requested checkbook/s be available?

Upon approval by your depository branch of your request, your checkbook/s will be available for pick-up after three weeks.

e. How much is the cost per checkbook?

A check book is worth P165.00 and P330.00 for personal and commercial accounts, respectively (price is subject to change).

8. Report of Lost or Stolen Card

a. If I report my lost ATM card online, when will the ATM card be blocked?

Your ATM card and its corresponding account will be automatically blocked once you report a lost/stolen card. A system generated acknowledgement number will be shown onscreen as reference of your transaction.

Once blocked, your card will be captured when used in LANDBANK ATM. Transactions will also be blocked when used in Expressnet/Megalink/ Bancnet ATM.

b. How do I cancel this transaction in case I find my ATM card?

Visit your LBP depository branch and fill out a request using the ATM Card Request/Update Form. This form can be downloaded and printed from the website.

9. Change of Password

a. When do I change my password?

For security purposes, the iAccess will require you to change your password every 90 days or whenever you deem it necessary. A notification will pop up on your screen five (5) days before expiration of your password to remind you to change your password.

Should you feel that your password has been compromised, we encourage you to change your password immediately using the Change Password utility.

10. Logout

a. What is logout for?

Logout is a command used to end the online session.

D. Security

1. Is my LANDBANK iAccess account secure?

Your account is secure because LANDBANK iAccess is:

Available using the iAccess ID and password you nominated upon enrollment.
Protected using a 128-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure privacy and confidentiality of account information and transactions
Authentication by Verisign, one of the leading companies that thoroughly checks a website’s authenticity
Provided with an automatic logoff feature after five minutes of inactivity

2. How do I ensure continued protection of my iAccess and password?

You play a vital role in protecting your account. The following are recommendations on how you can protect your iAccess account and password:

Do not reveal your password to anyone or write it down.
Make your password hard to guess. Use a combination of number, upper and lower case letters. Avoid obvious terms that may be associated with you like name, birthday and telephone number. Avoid using repetitive or consecutive digits.
Check account balances and statements regularly to identify unusual transactions.
Change your password regularly or whenever you deem it necessary.
Do not leave you internet banking session unattended at any time.
Always exit using logout to ensure you end your internet banking session securely before going to other sites.
Check email messages sent to you by the LANDBANK iAccess Team re: your internet banking transactions.
Contact LANDBANK immediately if you suspect something unusual with your iAccess account.

E. Concerns/Problem Encountered

1. What should I do when I cannot log in?

Make sure you key in the correct iAccess ID and password. Please note that your password is case sensitive.

If you input the wrong password three (3) consecutive times, you will no longer be able to log-in. If you still remember your password, you can request to have your account unlocked from either the call center or your depository branch.

If you forgot your password, click on the “forgot your password” icon and provide the secret answer to your challenge question. If you correctly answered the challenge question, you can successfully log on the iAccess and be directed to change your password.

2. What should I do when I encounter problems using iAccess?

Try referring to the FAQs for your particular problem. You may also call the iAccess helpdesk at 405-7800 to talk to a Helpdesk Agents or call your depository branch. You may also email us at lbpiaccess@mail.landbank.com.
