    pwede ren after na ma-brown na ung rolled morcon sa mantika, pwede ren cya i-oven sa cast iron pan with the sauce na sinabi nya(instead of simmering)… mga 350 degrees in an hour turning it occasionally or every half our…..pwede ren lagyan worcestershire sauce ung marinate and optional den na gamitin sa fillings ung sliced na taba ng baboy at spanish chorizo instead of hotdog……enjoy cooking guys…

    hahha kuya nagawa ko yan morcon ang sarap nya grabe kaya lng nasunog ko pag prito ang pait tuloy hehhee pero nextime im sure perfect na yan…thanks tlga kuya sa recipe mo

    kuya, try mo din lutuin ung morcon with blended onions and tomatoes (parang mechado)! promise, masarap… from my grandma’s recipe…
