I avoid looking at myself in the mirror because I really hate seeing my body fats especially my flabby arms and bulging tummy. I always say I will go on a diet however my husband and kids loves to eat and they influenced me a lot so I always end up eating with them and totally forget that I’m on diet. hayy.. Anyway I already asked my friends for help and one of them recommended apidexin diet pill. She said it’s effective and safe. But I’m not sure if the positive effect on her will give the same effect on me so i’m going to research further if this diet pill is really safe and effective, aside from online reviews I’m also planning to consult a doctor to know if this diet pill is right for me.
