Our youngest brother has just graduated in college, he took up Nursing and now he’s preparing for their Nursing board exam this November. He is our parent’s only hope in the family knowing the bright future ahead of him. So our prayer is for him to pass the licensure examination and be given the chance to work overseas.

I found another recipe of chicken inasal, this one is from an Iloilo Chef named Pauline.
Ingredients:

1 whole dressed chicken, sliced into quarters, or 8 pieces chicken drumsticks or thighs
1 c native cane vinegar
