Update: Miss Venezuela is the new Miss Universe 2009! Stefania Fernandez won over 84 delegates from different parts of the world. I learned that Miss Venezuela is only 18 years old!

She’s beautiful especially when she smiles, I think I will be needing a Plano cosmetic dentist before I can have that kind of smile.hehe Anyways congratulations to you Miss Venezuela!
