I have a friend working in a Realty Company in United States and she told me how the economic crisis  affect the realty business in US. Today they just concentrate on selling foreclosed homes  particularly the Outer Banks foreclosures. Because she was able to save money in her 10 years of stay in US she told me she was able to buy a house in Outer Banks. Now that she has a house of her own in US she encouraged other pinoys in US to grab the chance because the prices of forclosed homes are way much cheaper compared to it’s original price and that it’s a good investment.

Oh well, if only i have the money i will not hesitate to buy, i’ve been dreaming to have a vacation house in US.hehe. Another wishful thinking
