Working moms need to be physically fit and healthy so eating the right foods and doing regular exercise is a must. In my case doing exercise is really difficult for me since I have disability, I can no longer do some exercises like running or jogging and jumping. But i’m glad there are other ways and means that can help me do physical exercises like using stationary bike or elliptical. So right now I’m saving for any of these fitness equipments.
