After the Christmas season, gift giving is not yet over for me. Because I’ll be one of the principal sponsors in the upcoming wedding of our friend’s daughter. So now I’m looking again for the best gift to give to the couple. I just finished looking at a music instruments online store because I’m considering a music instrument for them. Both of them are serving in our church music ministry so I thought of giving them something that they both loved. However, maybe it is not fit for the occasion. Anyways, I still have three weeks to find the perfect gift for them.
There are a lot of big events coming my way at the start of 2017. I just received a notice from a friend that I was chosen as one of their Godmother in their upcoming wedding this February. I was not expecting it because I thought they would choose my other friends who are a bit older than me hahaha but it turned out we are all chosen. Now we are all looking for a gown to wear. I already checked the internet for some designs and styles. There are many to choose from however my problem is if they would look good in my abnormal-shaped body. =)
Only two weeks left before Christmas and we’re not yet done with our Christmas shopping. I have ordered an amplifier at Musicians Friend for my friend and I’m hoping it will arrived on time. This holiday season he will be using his musical instruments more often in various events so he will be needing it to make his instruments sounds better. Good thing there are cheap Amplifiers at Musician’s Friend. If you’re looking for your musician friends or loved ones, check out their website now, you will surely find the perfect gift for every musician.
In the past whenever I watched vlogs or some of the other types of ‘talking heads’ and commentary videos, I’ve always toyed with the idea of creating one of my own. It seemed simple, but I never really got into it – mostly because I had little or no idea where to start.
Recently I came across Movavi Video Editor however, and it immediately struck me that it could be exactly what I needed. Not only would it apparently allow me to record videos using nothing more than my webcam, but it also had the features that I would need to edit the footage that was recorded.
Needless to say this seemed appealing, so I decided to try it out on a whim. At first I was a bit wary because I’d always thought that video editing was complicated, but as I started to use Movavi Video Editor I began to realize that it took great pains to make it as easy and intuitive as possible.
One of the first things that I did with Movavi Video Editor was try to use it to record video from my webcam, and found that it only took a few steps to set it up as a webcam recorder:
- After launching Movavi Video Editor I clicked the ‘Record Video’ button.
- In the capture app that opened I set the ‘Video capture device’ to my webcam, and checked the other parameters too.
- To start recording all I had to do was click ‘Start Capture’, and then ‘Stop Capture’ when I was done and the video was automatically saved to the destination folder specified.
Because it was so easy I felt confident enough to start exploring the other features in Movavi Video Editor as well. When I did I was amazed to find that I could quite easily cut and combine video segments, apply special effects and filters, add customizable text, enhance the video quality, insert audio tracks, and much more.
Before long I was able to start to edit the video that I’d recorded from my webcam using Movavi Video Editor. By cutting the footage into shape and then adding some finishing touches with subtle background music and the right filter I was able to create my very first piece of video content. Now I plan to create more in the future, seeing as it turned out to be a piece of cake.
